Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the DashSaver Roku channel ("the App"), a free app developed and operated by James Baker ("Developer"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. License

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Roku devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its source code
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Sublicense or sell access to the App

3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

DashSaver displays weather forecasts and stock market data retrieved from third-party services. This data is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. The Developer makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data displayed. Do not use DashSaver as the basis for financial, investment, or safety decisions.

4. Third-Party Services

The App retrieves data from third-party weather and financial data providers. The Developer is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services. Use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Developer does not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available
• Data displayed will be accurate or up to date
• The App will be compatible with all Roku device models or firmware versions

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to any reliance on data displayed by the App.

7. Changes to the App

The Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. The Developer may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Roku Platform

Your use of the Roku platform is subject to Roku's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The Developer is an independent developer and is not affiliated with Roku, Inc.
