Thank you for using TV Shared Lists. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected and how it is used when you use our app.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

TV Shared Lists stores your TV show list (titles, ratings, notes, and watch status) locally on your device. This data is never uploaded to any server operated by us.

Automatically Collected Information — Advertising

TV Shared Lists displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect:

  • Advertising identifier (IDFA) — a resettable device identifier used for ad targeting and measurement
  • IP address — used to estimate general location for ad selection
  • Device and app information — device model, OS version, app version, and crash data

This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.

2. App Tracking Transparency

On iOS 14.5 and later, TV Shared Lists will ask for your permission before accessing your device’s advertising identifier. You may Allow or Ask App Not to Track. If you deny tracking, you will still see ads, but they will be less personalized.

You can change this permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your show list data never leaves your device. Ad-related data is shared only with Google AdMob as described above.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Your show list is stored in your app’s local storage. You can delete all data at any time by uninstalling the app. We have no access to this data and cannot delete it on your behalf.

5. Children’s Privacy

TV Shared Lists is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
