By downloading or using Alaska Cruise Finder – Seattle ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of the App

Alaska Cruise Finder – Seattle is an informational app that displays cruise itineraries, pricing, and ship details for Alaska sailings departing from Seattle. The App facilitates connections between users and Global Vibes Travel, a licensed travel agency. The App is provided by James Baker ("Developer") in partnership with Global Vibes Travel.

Cruise Information & Pricing

Cruise listings, pricing, itineraries, and availability displayed in the App are for informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice. The Developer and Global Vibes Travel make reasonable efforts to keep information current but do not guarantee that any listing reflects real-time pricing or availability. Final pricing and availability are determined at the time of booking through the cruise line or travel agent.

Travel Agency Services

Booking inquiries submitted through the App are handled by Global Vibes Travel. Any cruise booking you make is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable cruise line and Global Vibes Travel. The Developer is not a party to any travel service agreement between you and Global Vibes Travel or any cruise line.

Advertising

The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. The Developer is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Clicking an advertisement may take you to a third-party website whose terms and privacy practices are independent of this App.

External Links

The App contains links to third-party websites (cruise line booking pages, Calendly, social media). These links are provided for convenience. The Developer is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites.

Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including text, images, ship photography, logos, and software — is the property of the Developer, Global Vibes Travel, or the respective cruise lines, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from App content without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Developer does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
