MyHealthRelay — From you to your care team
Need help with MyHealthRelay? Browse the common questions below or reach out directly — we typically respond within 1–2 business days.
On the dashboard, pick a time period (1W, 1M, 3M, 1Y, All, or a custom range) using the segmented bar at the top. Tap Preview to see the PDF, or Generate to open the iOS share sheet — from there you can AirDrop, message, email, or save to Files.
MyHealthRelay reads data from Apple Health. If you've never granted permission, or if you don't have devices feeding Apple Health (Apple Watch, a Wi-Fi scale, a connected blood-pressure cuff, etc.), most tiles will show "—". Open iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → MyHealthRelay and confirm the categories you want are toggled on.
Tap the gear icon in the top-left of the dashboard, then "How do I get my Google data?" for step-by-step instructions on requesting your data from Google Takeout. Once you have the ZIP, tap "Import Google Takeout (.zip)" and pick the file. The app will unzip it, find your weight, body fat, step, and sleep data, and write it into Apple Health.
For long periods we load a fast summary (weight, body fat, blood pressure) rather than scan every day. Average steps, sleep, resting heart rate, and HRV are computed from single-query aggregates and should populate. If they don't, you likely don't have data of that type in Apple Health for that range.
Tap the sliders icon in the top-right of the dashboard. Drag the handles to reorder tiles, or tap the circle to hide a tile. Your layout is saved across launches. Tap "Reset" to restore the original order.
That's Apple's standard App Tracking Transparency prompt, required because the app shows a banner ad. Granting lets the ad SDK serve more relevant ads. Denying limits the ads to generic (non-personalized) ones. Either way, the app works identically and your Apple Health data is never shared with the ad SDK.
For short reports we show one row per day even if some metrics are missing — this is intentional so you can see the gaps. For longer reports (3 months and up) we drop rows with no data so the table stays readable.
The app is free, supported by a small Google AdMob banner at the bottom of the dashboard. A Pro upgrade with extra report templates and chart styles is in development — when it ships, the current functionality will remain free.
MyHealthRelay requires iOS 17.0 or later. It runs on any iPhone capable of installing iOS 17 (iPhone XS / XR and later).
