Browsing & Filtering Cruises

How do I filter cruises by dates, price, or cruise line?

Tap the filter icon in the top right of the Cruises tab. You can filter by departure date range, price range, cruise line, ship size, and duration. Tap Apply to see results. Tap Reset to clear all filters.

How do I compare two cruises side by side?

Tap the + circle icon on any cruise card to add it to your comparison. Add a second cruise the same way, then tap the Compare button that appears at the bottom of the screen. You can compare up to 3 cruises at once.

What does the quiz do?

The Find My Cruise quiz asks 7 short questions about your travel style, group size, and budget. Based on your answers, it recommends the cruises that best match your preferences.

Booking & Inquiries

How do I book a cruise through the app?

Tap Book with Chantale on any cruise detail page. This opens an inquiry form — fill in your name, email, travel party details, and any questions. Your inquiry goes directly to Chantale Baker at Global Vibes Travel, who will reach out with a personalized quote and booking assistance.

Can I book a free consultation call with Chantale?

Yes. Go to the Meet Chantale tab and tap Book a Free Call with Chantale. This opens her Calendly scheduling page where you can pick a 30-minute video or phone consultation at a time that works for you.

I want to book a Norwegian Cruise Line sailing directly. How?

On the detail page for any Norwegian ship, tap Book Directly with Norwegian. This takes you to the NCL website through Global Vibes Travel's affiliate link, which still earns commission for Chantale at no extra cost to you.

I submitted an inquiry but haven't heard back. What should I do?

Check your spam folder for a response from Global Vibes Travel. If you still haven't received a reply within 2 business days, contact us directly using the information below.

App & Technical Issues

Cruise listings aren't loading or seem out of date.

The app loads cruise data from a local cache and checks for updates in the background. Pull down on the cruise list to refresh, or close and reopen the app. If you're seeing an error, check that your device has an internet connection.

The app crashed or isn't working properly.

Try closing the app fully and reopening it. If the problem persists, delete and reinstall the app from the App Store — no data is lost since the app doesn't store personal data. If the crash is reproducible, please contact us with your iPhone model and iOS version so we can investigate.

How do I turn off ads or limit ad tracking?

You can limit ad personalization at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → Personalized Ads (turn off). You can also deny tracking permission if the app prompts you again after reinstalling. Ads will still appear but will be contextual rather than personalized.
